Akomody
End-to-end software for lodging properties: bookings synced with Booking and Airbnb, a website with its own booking engine, tasks that work offline, and electronic invoicing.
Akomody is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for tourist and lodging properties. It replaces the spreadsheet, the paper calendar, and scattered messages with one system that the owner and the team use from a computer or a phone.
What it solves
- Bookings on a single calendar, synced over iCal with Booking and Airbnb so a night is not sold twice.
- A website for each property, with templates, a custom domain, a blog, and a booking engine that charges through MercadoPago.
- A guest portal: pre-check-in, receipts, reviews, and benefits.
- Tasks and stock: housekeeping and maintenance with photo evidence, built to work without a signal in the field.
- An AI assistant for drafting content, proposals, and replies.
- ARCA electronic invoicing (Factura A/B and credit notes) tied to the subscription charge.
How it is built
Next.js 16 with React 19 and TypeScript, Prisma on PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS (ECS Fargate, RDS, S3, SES) with continuous integration on GitHub Actions. A suite of unit tests, concurrency tests against real Postgres, and browser tests protects bookings, payments, and isolation between properties.
Built-in AI
Intelligence where it saves work
AI tools that are already part of the product.
- 01
Content drafting
The property team starts from a free-form brief and from photos already uploaded. The AI drafts every field of the public site (all sections except reviews), General and SEO, units and groups, activities, blog articles block by block, and offers and extras. Nothing is saved until a person accepts it, field by field.
- 02
English translation
It translates the whole site, sections and SEO, in a single action. From each record it also translates units, groups, activities, and articles, for the team that runs the property.
- 03
Image descriptions
It writes alt text and titles for photos, in batches, for the site gallery, the History section, unit galleries, and image blocks in the blog. It takes the manual work out of accessibility and SEO.
- 04
Proposals from an inquiry
In the message inbox, it reads the inquiry, quotes with the booking engine, and drafts the proposal. Prices always come from the system; the AI does not invent them. The person running the property reviews the text before it is sent.
- 05
Operations assistant, by text or voice
Front desk and operators can ask, in writing or by dictation, for availability, to prepare a booking, to find gaps of up to 60 days, or to build an offer. Availability, prices, and occupancy come from the software that already runs the property, and the usual form opens prefilled. Nothing is created without a confirmation. There is no memory from one request to the next.
